Ank Milestone believe in one to one interaction and consistency, so each time it would be same Team Member who would be handling certain project. The bases on which we work are One Project Manager/Head or Team Lead working with a team for a particular project. This way the client is assured of the team working for them on a certain project and is accountable for the deliverables to the client. Consistency in being there, working with the client and hand holding the client through the entire process is a major hallmark in our service framework.

Our services combine consulting in; planning and systems strengthening on one hand, and operation strategy formulation and positive culture change on the other. Both categories of consulting services are aimed at creating optimum business and organization performance.

We work closely with the leadership team, during a short period of time, to generate maximum impact. We review the existing process tools that enables the implementation of strategy as per the particular project requirements.

In parallel, we conduct the “STRATEGY EXECUTION BAROMETER” to benchmark us against best practices. The gaps are identified and illustrated into a Shift Agenda, which contains the main transformations required to achieve world class level in strategy execution.

Finally, we develop a ROADMAP that is agreed with the client/client team and that considers the maturity, resources and culture of our organization.
